Abby Schuldt, LCSW
Licensed Clinical Social Worker
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, identity struggles, and relationship difficulties, I am dedicated to helping individuals navigate their challenges and find healing. I have a strong background in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Narrative Therapy, which allows me to tailor my approach to meet the unique needs of each client.
I am passionate about helping teens navigate the challenges of adolescence, individuals explore their personal growth and self-discovery, and couples improve their communication and connection. By creating a safe and nonjudgmental space, I work collaboratively with my clients to explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, and empower them to make positive changes in their lives.
I believe in the power of storytelling and self-exploration as a means of understanding and transforming one's experiences. Through a strengths-based and client-centered approach, I aim to help individuals and couples uncover their inner resources and build a sense of self-compassion and empowerment.
