Taylor Jules, MHP, RYT
Intern Therapist.
I believe that healing is possible for everyone, no matter how deep the pain or how long the journey has been. My personal journey has been deeply guided by the words of Rumi: “The wound is the place where the light enters you.” Through my own experiences with healing and growth, I have come to see challenges and trauma not as the end of the story, but as openings for resilience, self-discovery, and transformation.
My approach is grounded in trauma-informed care, combining evidence-based therapy with somatic and mindfulness practices to support the whole person — mind, body, and spirit. With training in mental health counseling and trauma-informed yoga, I integrate breathwork, body awareness, and nervous system regulation into my sessions to help clients feel more connected, safe, and empowered in their own skin.
I work with adolescents and adults who are seeking a more holistic and compassionate approach to healing, including those navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, addiction recovery, eating disorders, life transitions, and challenges related to identity and self-worth. In our work together, I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your experiences, cultivate self-awareness, learn practical tools for emotional regulation, and reconnect with your innate capacity for growth and healing.
